Company name

Main company

The parent company, if this is a subcompany.

The check box indicates whether the company is a sub-entity of another.

Business Id

The company’s unique business identification number (required).

VAT number

The company’s VAT registration number (required).

External ID

The optional identifier used for integration with external systems.

Timezone

Select the company’s primary time zone.

Language

Select the preferred language for the company.

Currency

Choose the default currency used for billing and invoicing.

Note that the subcompany, or the services associated with the company’s tenant, may have their own default currency.

The person responsible for the Company

Account manager

The person who is responsible for the client relationship

Website URL

The company’s official website address (optional).

Billing address

The address used for billing purposes (required).

Business address

The company’s operational or headquarters address (required).

Once the company’s details are saved, the administrator can begin creating the workspaces (tenants) associated with the company.
