Companies
Companies represent enterprise business entities. Their information is managed by the SaaS platform administrator to ensure proper allocation, tracking, and invoicing of services.
The SaaS platform administrator maintains the list of companies and is responsible for creating and activating them to enable access to platform services.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Company name | The official name of the company - For example, “eSystems Nordic Oy” |
Main company | The parent company, if this is a subcompany. The check box indicates whether the company is a sub-entity of another. |
Business Id | The company’s unique business identification number (required). |
VAT number | The company’s VAT registration number (required). |
External ID | The optional identifier used for integration with external systems. |
Timezone | Select the company’s primary time zone. |
Language | Select the preferred language for the company. |
Currency | Choose the default currency used for billing and invoicing. Note that the subcompany, or the services associated with the company’s tenant, may have their own default currency. |
Company manager | The person responsible for the Company |
Account manager | The person who is responsible for the client relationship |
Website URL | The company’s official website address (optional). |
Billing address | The address used for billing purposes (required). |
Business address | The company’s operational or headquarters address (required). |
Once the company’s details are saved, the administrator can begin creating the workspaces (tenants) associated with the company.
