The General section captures the essential information required to define a product in the system. This information establishes the basis for how the product bundle, including its included applications, is linked to subscription and subscription pricing.

| Product name | The display name of the product as it will appear in product listings and the subscription configuration. Note: Active products with this name will be available for selection when linking a product to a subscription |
