Persona	Description	Configuration capabilities
Platform administrator	This persona is responsible for setting up the foundational elements of the platform, including managing companies, defining system-level product packages, and overseeing workspace general configurations. Each company may have its own product packages in addition to the system-level ones. However, the platform administrator does not have visibility over company-specific product packages.	Creates and manages Companies Creates companies' workspaces and configuration of thier default custom brands Creates, configures and manages system level product packages Oversights to all active subscriptions and all users Platform administrators are managed in the Outsystems and they have full control over the platform.
Workspace administrator	This persona is responsible for configuring and managing workspace access groups and corresponding permission settings, ensuring users have appropriate access to the applications and features required for their roles. They also ensure that security requirements for accessing applications are met and handle customization of workspace branding and labeling.	Creates and manages subscriptions in the workspace. Creates and manages users in the workspace. Creates and manages access groups in the workspace, ensuring that users have appropriate access groups and permission settings for the applications. Configures the security settings of applications available in the workspace. Configures the brand and domain settings for the workspace.
User (account)	User Account or normal users are the end-users of the platform and can access specific features in the Agile.Now platform depending on thier permissions.	All users can view and update their personal preference settings. Users may only have view access to the persmission settings.
