# Agile.Now Factory Syncing options

## Introduction

Because Agile.Now software integrates with several different systems and combines them into one process, there are multiple options to manually sync certain aspects of the software. While all processes are automated on a schedule, manual syncing allows for immediate changes to be synced and brought into Agile.Now.

### Configuring automated syncing

In **lifetime.company.tld/AgileNow/Settings**, under **Access and update,** in the **Update** block, configure the time when Agile.Now will run a full sync of all projects.

The following items are synced with every **Full sync**:

- **LifeTime sync**: environments, roles, users, teams and team applications
- **Probe sync**: BDD tests, applications and modules from development environment, solutions for all environments (generate solution toggle on), all Agile.Now Probe versions
- **Project sync**: check table below for Project Sync details
- **Tests sync**: check table below for Tests Sync details

### Manual Syncing options

#### Full Manual Sync

| Location | Description | What gets synced |
