# Agile.Now Restart Listener Service

### If we need to restart the Listener Service.

1º - We go to the Service Center to the Monotering tab.

2º - The second step we have to do is go to Process and look for the name of AN_Listener in the List and see how many active instances we have. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/06417a5c-658f-4a8a-ad57-27f6e06c9e0d/Images/Documentation/image-1678376755479.png)

4º - Once we have all instances finished, we go to Agile Now Settings and do Sync Environment.

5º- The last step is to verify that there is only one Active Instance left in the AN_Listener process.
