Addressing Release Plan Stagnation
If you encounter a situation where your Agile. Now release plan appears to be stuck and unresponsive, Agile. Now provides a solution with an automatic timeout feature. However, you also have the option to take matters into your own hands and manually delete the release plan. Here's how:
- Access OutSystems Service Center: Begin by launching the OutSystems Service Center, which serves as the central hub for managing your OutSystems projects.
- Navigate to Factory > Modules: Within the Service Center, locate and click on the "Modules" tab. From the dropdown menu, select "Modules." This will direct you to the Modules section, where you can closely manage your modules.
- Locate the "AgileNowDevOps_WF" Module: Once inside the Module section, use the search function to find the specific module named "AgileNowDevOps_WF." Click on it to access the module detail view.
- Terminate All Release Plans: With the "AgileNowDevOps_WF" module open, identify the specific timer associated with it. Then, follow these steps:
- Run the "AN_CancelAllReleasePlans" timer.
- The termination of the Agile. Now process will automatically change the release plan status to "Failed."
- Create a New Release Plan: After successfully terminating the process, your release plan's status will now be marked as "Failed." You are now free to create a new release plan, allowing you to restructure your project and get it back on track.
By following these steps, you can effectively address release plan stagnation and resume the progress of your Agile. Now Factory.
