# Accounts

## Managing Accounts

The **SaaS Platform Administrator** can view a complete list of all account users across the platform. **Account** users are individual users—typically employees within an enterprise—who have access to applications and services provided by a workspace.

The Platform Administrator can view user account details and has the ability to reset user passwords. However, they do **not** manage these users. **User account management** —including editing user details, assigning users to workspaces, and configuring access rights—is the responsibility of the **Workspace administrator**.

The SaaS platform administrator is responsible for the following tasks related to user account management:

- Assigning Workspace Administrators to appropriate workspaces.
- Resetting user accounts’ passwords when necessary.
- Viewing the list of users and monitoring their associated workspaces.
