Managing Accounts

The SaaS Platform Administrator can view a complete list of all account users across the platform. Account users are individual users—typically employees within an enterprise—who have access to applications and services provided by a workspace.

The Platform Administrator can view user account details and has the ability to reset user passwords. However, they do not manage these users. User account management —including editing user details, assigning users to workspaces, and configuring access rights—is the responsibility of the Workspace administrator.

The SaaS platform administrator is responsible for the following tasks related to user account management:

• Assigning Workspace Administrators to appropriate workspaces.

• Resetting user accounts’ passwords when necessary.

• Viewing the list of users and monitoring their associated workspaces.
